The technological advancement in China is quite crazy.

This robot, called a PadBot, after the company that makes it, is found in practically every hotel of China.

The kitchen staff loads it with food, and it automatically delivers the same through the lift, getting in, getting out, all by itself at the right floor and correct door.

And it’s not even a new thing. Been here for a while.

Now people would say that it won’t work in India because labour is cheaper here.

However, while cheap labour may be a strength, it’s more so a weakness, as you want better ROI for your labour’s work.

I think not just hotels but even hospitals that need to interact with patients that have contagious diseases, can start using these in India.

There’s no learning that we can’t apply to our country and work towards developing it to greater heights :)
