Summoning a demon on the regular has been pretty sweet. There’s a certain succubus you’ve been calling on regularly -- she’s fun, teasing, and affectionate. However, as life becomes busy, you find yourself not making as much time for her. You miss her, but what else can you do? What could possibly go wrong?

*Nightshade's notes:* The succubus who summons you joins the ranks of the characters I've drawn myself! More time spent drawing means less time on other visual effects, but I think this is one of those audios that really doesn't need it. Just a nice, sweet, simple scene.

I like this script because I think it highlights how easily a lack of communication can cause relationships to go wrong -- and also how things can often be cleared up when both parties do make an effort to communicate. These two are in an unprecedented situation. Our demon here knows she's expected to fill a certain role, and as I see it, she starts out trying to do that. She tries to play the demoness like she's supposed to... but it's not really her. When she finally admits her real feelings, the two can set aside meaningless expectations and start building something real. And, you know. None of us are actually demons or warlocks (that I know of, maybe I'm wrong!), but I still find this so relatable. If I've learned any real lesson in my life, it's that honest communication makes life so much easier.
