Kelly isn't alone in this trial though, his has co-defendants (former employees) Derrel McDavid and Milton “June” Brown are being brought up on charges for assisting R. Kelly in the commission of a series of crimes related to witness intimidation, paying off victims and receiving alleged child p-o-r-n in order to help Robert cover up his crimes during his 2008 trial. Although R. Kelly was acquitted of those charges back in 2008, prosecutors have a theory about HOW/WHY he beat those charges and they have even more evidence and even more accusers/victims willing to testify in court - even the ONE who refused to testify before (for reasons we will discuss today) PRESS PLAY!
