here we are again. feeling a huge wave of burnout, exhaustion and overwhelm. it's like i get a good two week run thinking i have everything under control, until everything piles up again. as a solopreneuer please let this be a reminder to outsource and ask for help.

i once heard someone say "trying to do it all on your own is a form of procrastination." wow, drag me. lolll. but in positive news, i have started the process of vetting a video editor in addition to an accountant and i feel like these two extra hands will be a great help.

the dream is a lot bigger than me so i have to start moving and acting accordingly. if you're still reading this, please send big warm hugs as i move through this week in operating my daily routines in ways that i haven't done before. in ways that simply prioritize my rest, which is something that i never should have lost the plot of.

but it's ok. here's to de-conditioning and starting all over again. you have the power to do that, sis.
