Home secretary calls for 'urgent explanation' as police ram into escaped cow - Video

The Home Secretary has demanded an explanation after footage emerged of Surrey Police officers using their car to ram an escaped cow.

The video has been shared widely online and shows the animal being hit twice in a residential street in Feltham.

The cow's owner has told Sky News that the animal is expected to make a full recovery.
