Official Contest Rules
1. Growing With Grace Homestead (GWGH), Sponsor, is solely responsible for the contest and is the sponsor of this contest.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. Subject to applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws, and regulations. Void where prohibited.
3. This contest is not associated or affiliated with YouTube. YouTube is not a sponsor of the contest. By submitting your entry and email to GWGH you, the viewer, agree to release YouTube from any liability related to the contest.

are followed. Entries that do not comply will be disqualified.
5. You must be 18 years old to enter contest and a resident of the United States or Canada. Employees of GWGH, advertisers and promotional agents, and immediate family member of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees are not eligible to enter or to win.
6. All submissions must be entered by the designated time (Eastern Standard time @ midnight) to be considered for eligible entry. One entry per person, per email, per method of entry, per giveaway unless otherwise specified. Multiple entries generated by software or other automated methods will be disregarded and disqualified.
7. Any and all emails to include personal data will not be sold or distributed but will only be used by Growing With Grace Homestead (GWGH).
8. In the event of a tie, GWGH will have the option for a tie breaker.
9. Prize will be awarded upon winning subscriber being confirmed from all eligible entries received. Date of winner being announced is specified in video content or by another method. The decisions of Sponsor regarding selection of winner(s) and all other aspects of the Contest/Giveaway shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the giveaway.
10. The odds of winning are dependent on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are specified in each giveaway either in a video or another method.
11. Some product(s) being given away in the contest are spicy and may have a lot of “heat” spice. The winner of the contest releases Growing With Grace Homestead from any liability from the winner’s use of or improper use of the product(s) being given away.
12. By participating, entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of GWGH, sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by GWGH, sponsor. In the event the Contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the giveaway, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway. Should the giveaway be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. Sponsors will not be responsible for failure to receive entries or votes or other electronic communications due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all online entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the ISP account from which they were sent. For these purposes, an ISP account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such ISP account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning ISP addresses for the domain associated with such ISP account. Any questions regarding the number of entries or votes submitted by the owner of an ISP account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries, or votes by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest.
