00:01 to 00: 20 : The purpose of today's tutorial is to show you how you can do your accounting work which you do with our Miracle Accounting Software in a fast and easy way.
It is true that if you have knowledge of short cut keys to work fast and easily in accounting software, then you can easily do accounting in a fast way.
And if you want to learn short cuts of Miracle Accounting Software, then these videos are only for you. so let's start

00:21 to 00:29 : Hot key list is available for you in Miracle Accounting Software - Which list you will find in Exit menu-Hot key help… Here you will find basic to advanced short cut list with their description
Let us see some of the most useful HOT KEY or Shortcut Keys from the list, which can help you save a lot of time even in your daily work in Miracle Accounting Software.
00:30 to 00:36 : F9 (The most famous shortcut key) – Through this HOT KEY or Shortcut Key, you can open calculator easily during your work.

00:37 to 00 :40 : F2 (next short cut ) – through which you can change working date - we have changed the date here, now if we’ll create invoice then you can see changed date will be used through this HOT KEY or Shortcut Key in Miracle Accounting Software.

00:50 to 00:56 : CTRL + P (third short cut is Voucher print) - You can print any voucher or report through this HOT KEY or Shortcut Key in Miracle Accounting Software.

00:57 to 01:04 : ENTER KEY (Edit Voucher) - If you want to edit any voucher, you can use ENTER KEY as a HOT KEY or Shortcut Key in Miracle Accounting Software.

01:05 to 01:11 : INSERT KEY (Insert Voucher) - If you want to add this voucher to a new entry, you can use the INSERT KEY as a HOT KEY or Shortcut Key in Miracle Accounting Software.

01:12 to 01:18 : CTRL + Y (Delete Voucher) - you will be able to delete the voucher through this HOT KEY – Shortcut Key.

01:18 to 01:31 : Only “C” Key (Switch Company) - Like you are in a company and you want to switch to another company, then you will be able to open the company easily by opening the company list by pressing “C” Only in Miracle Accounting Software.

01:32 to 01:35 : Only “Y” Key (Change Year) - Now if you want to change the year of the company, then you can do that by pressing “Y” Only.

01:36 to 01:50 : Only “M” Key (Last Menu) - So that whatever last menu you have opened, without going to the menu bar, you can continue your work by opening it with pressing “M” key.

01:51 to 02:09 : Only “N” Key (Last Option) - In the same way, you can open the LAST OPTION which you have opened in Miracle Accounting Software. For example you are working in SALES INVOICE and Before Closing SALES VOUCHER window, you are again want to go on the same window without enter in the menu bar then you can use the “N” Hot key or Short cut Key.

02:10 to 2:38 : M-Search (Press “S” to Search Anything) - M-search i.e. in Miracle Accounting Software, if you want to search anything in the homepage, you can just press “S” you can see that you will be able to search from the search bar available on the right side corner. Like we searched the cash account here, which was also found in the cash account as the result of M SEARCH.

2:39 to 2:51 : F12 (Help) - Similarly, with the help of F12, you can search from inside any report too. Like we have searched any account here which we have found.

2:52 to 3:03 : Shift + F12 (search any special string) - If you have to search any special string, then you can use Shift + F12 for text/number search, like we searched cash account here, and we got the result here.

3:04 to 3:10 : Ctrl+0 (Bank/Statutory Details of the Company) – With help of this we will enable to get the Bank and Statutory details of the existing company.

3:11 to 3: 25 : Ctrl + S (Master Selection) - If you need to search any particular group wise details then you can easily get the output by selecting the details like group name, city name, region name and account name by pressing Ctrl + S.

3:26 to 3: 30 : Still there are more short cuts ahead which are all available in our hot-key or short cut key list.
