⅓ cup sour cream
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Kesong Puti Toast (4:12)
Whipped Kesong Puti:
1 cup cubed kesong puti
½ cup sour cream

1 cup honey
1 tbsp chili pepper flakes
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Cheese Pimiento Toast (6:30)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

Pimiento Spread
1 cup butter, softened
1 cup cream cheese, softened
½ cup grated queso de bola
½ cup mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, grated
½ tsp pepper
1 tbsp sugar
1 small can pimiento, chopped

Shrimp Toast (8:19)
Shrimp Paste:
1 cup shrimp
1 thumb ginger
1 pc spring onion, chopped
1 pc egg white
½ tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp light soy sauce
½ cup sesame seeds
